企業(yè)年檢是工商行政部門對企業(yè)資質(zhì)的復(fù)核行為，企業(yè)年檢通過表明該企業(yè)可以進行次年的企業(yè)經(jīng)營活動，企業(yè)年檢不通過表明該企業(yè)不能進行次年的經(jīng)營活動，每年的3月1日至6月30日。

二、年檢的基本程序：

年檢應(yīng)提交的文件：

(3) the corporate annual balance sheet and income statement;

非法人分支機構(gòu)，除提交（一）、（二）項所列文件外，還應(yīng)當提交所屬法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件（營業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件應(yīng)當加蓋登記主管機關(guān)的公章）。
